TEAMS AT TRULINE

Wall & Truss Design

The Pacific design team is responsible for detailing engineered floors, walls and trusses and creates design illustrations based from blueprints to produce working drawings for fabrication of our building components.

PRODUCTION

Our production team handles the daily operational work of or in our Wall and Truss plants. Previous experience in carpentry/framing is preferred but we will train the right candidates.

YARD OPERATION

Our yard team is responsible for the safe loading and unloading of building materials for shipping, preparing product for shipping through effective crating and packaging processes, maintaining an organized and clean work environment and the safe operation of powered lift equipment.

SALES & MARKETING

The Sales and Marketing team strives to generate revenue in the residential and commercial building industry by creating continued partnerships with builders, homeowner builders, and industry professionals.

MAINTENANCE

Our Maintenance Technicians are responsible for performing highly diversified duties to install, troubleshoot, repair and maintain production and facility equipment according to safety, predictive and production maintenance systems and processes. If you are a jack of all trades this team could be right for you.

ADMINISTRATION

General office management, answering phones, speaking with clients, assisting an employer, clerical work (including maintaining records and entering data), or a variety of other tasks.

DELIVERY DRIVER

Our class 1 certified delivery drivers safely deliver our products to the Kootenay, Columbia and Elk valley’s in southern BC. The loads are delivered with Dodge Ram One Ton trucks pulling a precision goose neck roll off trailer.
